Classic Catering Achieves BRC A Grade Once Again

After it’s recent annual inspection Classic Catering has gained an A Grade in BRC Global Standards, the highest level achieveable.

The principal requirements of the standard are the adoption of HACCP, a documented quality management system and control of factory environmental standards, product, process and personnel.
