Working from modern, hygienic production facilities in Manchester, accredited to British Retail Consortium standards, We produce both fresh and frozen products for our clients using only the finest ingredients and working to individual customer specifications.

Our client base includes major breweries, blue chip companies, sporting venues, premiership football clubs, high class hotel chains, restaurants and independent catering outlets. Classic Catering has a portfolio of over 500 product lines, all hand made by our expert pastry chefs.

One of our most unique features is our New Product Development capability in meeting our customer individual requirements. This ranges from working with each of our customers on bespoke and seasonal menu development. Flexible in our approach this has allowed us the opportunity to grow with our customers while developing closer business relationships.
